Our physical bodies are the instruments through which we move through the world. And how we care for them matters.

I encourage you to find something you love, and just do it.I love yoga, swimming, skiing, and hiking, but you, no doubt, will love something else.

We move to support our ability to live in our body joyfully, gracefully, effectively, efficiently, imaginatively, with stability and for longevity.

I love Yoga as it allows us to tend to our body, mind & heart, & just because you can’t touch your toes does not preclude you from the practice. In practicing we gain access to a deeper connection to our self, which puts us in tune with the world around us. We learn to listen to the intelligence of the body & act on its wisdom. Some days we will rinse out the body with a flowing practice. Other days, we will be quiet, & introspective, while other days we will slow right down and restore. We take the systems, the philosophies, off the mat & into our world.

I encourage you to honour & work with the body you bring with you to the mat.

I offer a practice that invites curiosity & observation, develops strength, stimulates joy, connection & contentment.
