How to eat is a subject that is often made more complex than what it needs to be.

I subscribe to a Wholefood philosophy which simply means eating food as close to it's natural state, with the least amount of processing. Nutrition is a huge foundation of our health, and we have many opportunities to feed ourselves in a way that does not deplete us. Simple, sustainable practices are all you need to feed yourself well. On our retreats we offer delicious, nourishing food, that we eat with the eyes first, absorbing colours, the nose, as we take in the aromas, and finally the mouth, where we enjoy the pleasures of texture & taste. We are here to help with information & recipes, to make your life just that little bit easier and a lot more nourishing.
