A Worksheet with something to consider & implement in the month - 10 + minutes
Check-In zoom midway through the month for questions & clarification
Each month builds on the one before. It is not demanding of your time. It is an ongoing conversation to engage & uplift you, weaving practical skills into your day to make your life better. This work is about you learning to prioritise you & giving you motivation & accountability to be totally engaged with your own wellbeing
