We can’t wait to see you on November 17th. I am excited to start the conversation not only about optimising our hormonal health but also how do we cope with the challenges from a mental and emotional wellbeing perspective. We can actively cultivate strategies to help us manage the anxiety that often accompanies us through any transition to build confidence - there is so much misinformation out there it is hard to know where to begin.
Well, my friends, we can begin here, and together.
We will begin the day with a stretch on the lawn - BYO mat - suitable for all, even beginners, we will incorporate simple breathwork practices that you can integrate into your day. There will be a healthy breakfast box while we have a conversation with Dr Gab Staniforth.

We will wrap up the session around 10.30, but please feel free to stay and enjoy See Saw cellar door. - did someone say “Rosecco?!”
