Monica will guide you through these sessions so you can gain solutions to empower your day-to-day life.

  • We will help you build robust emotional and mental resilience and agility and provide you with strategies to combat stress and anxiety. 

  • We will provide you with a toolbox of practical and sustainable techniques to ensure you have everything needed to gain inner strength and self worth in challenging periods. 

  • We will provide you with a delicious and wholesome meal to be enjoyed with all attendees once practical aspects of the session have been completed. 

We hope you'll join our session and become part of a supportive community.

How To Human Workshops:

Workshop includes: 
- Simple yoga session. This will enable you to connect with your physical body and unwind. 
- Guided conversation and workshop.
- A delicious, wholesome food (with some shared tips on how to recreate the dish at home).
  

Note: Workshops are limited to 10 people max.


Mon is a Wellbeing and Mindset Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and a Wholefoods Cook, helping people to ‘human’ optimally in a world that is sometimes insane for the last 25 + years.  Her programs address physical, emotional & mental health. Cultivating techniques and strategies for self acceptance and self regulation helps navigate transitional times confidently and with resilience. Her sessions offer a place to develop clarity around routines, explore practical ways to integrate good habits simply and consistently, and provides a place for accountability. She believes in the power of connection and looks forward to supporting you.
