slow down. yes you. how can you expect to look after others if you can't look after yourself? paying attention to our inner landscape, as well as our physical body, allows our nervous system to reset, recharge and restore. we will explore deep rest; how we can get more shut eye, & when we can’t, strategies to deal with the fall out.

In our 4 hour express retreats, restorative yoga classes, meditation will allow you times to deeply rest so you can go out into your world with renewed energy.
