Hello, I’m Monica Moore, the Founder of Moore Nourishing Life. As a Mindset and Wellbeing Coach, I specialise in guiding individuals through Midlife, Separation and Divorce. These pivotal intersections are often fraught with challenges that throw us off balance.

Through a strengths based coaching model we cultivate strategies, to navigate transitions with more confidence, agency and grace. Explore how to articulate what truly matters to live authentically in alignment with values by engaging with MNL programs, connecting with our weekly email, participating in classes and workshops online and in person.

    The ultimate purpose of our Yoga practice is for a functional body, particularly as we age - we stretch, strengthen, align and integrate the physical, mind and emotional bodies. I don’t teach ‘instagram’ Yoga. It is a practice for Life. Meditation is an integral part of our practice. too

  • WELLBEING

    Our programs focus on the whole of you - physical, mental and emotional health. We offer in person and online programs to explore ways of living optimally, building confidence, connecting with ourselves and each other. Because we are always better together.

  • COACHING

    Strengths based coaching for clarity and alignment of values and actions to live with more ease. We work together to define, refine, and transition from your current state to your desired one with realistic plans and accountability .

  • COMMUNITY

    Connection is crucial for our well-being, fostering belonging, reducing isolation, and enhancing mental health. In community, we find support, share knowledge, and resonate with others. It encourages collaboration, understanding, and a deeper appreciation of our common humanity.
